You’ll receive approximately 50–75 fully hand-edited images per hour of coverage. After your wedding day, I carefully sort through all the photos to remove anything you wouldn’t want—like blinks, blurs, or duplicates—then edit and deliver the very best.

Don’t worry—I never withhold quality images. If it’s good, you’ll get it!

I don’t deliver unedited or raw files, as I believe editing is a crucial part of the creative process. Without it, the images are only halfway finished and don’t reflect the final quality I aim to provide.

For wedding packages, payments are split into three installments:

First payment: Due at the time of booking to secure your date.
Second payment: Due midway through the planning process.
Final payment: Due one month before the wedding day.

Engagement sessions are split into two equal payments:

First payment: Due at booking.
Final payment: Due one week before your session.

While I fully intend to be there on your wedding day, if something truly unavoidable prevents me from attending, I will arrange for a trusted professional photographer to step in on my behalf. This would be someone I wholeheartedly trust—someone whose work and approach align closely with mine—so your day is documented with the same care and quality I would provide.

I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or postpone your wedding, please let me know as soon as possible.

Cancellation: The initial retainer is non-refundable and covers time spent on communication, planning, and securing your date. If the wedding is canceled after additional payments have been made, refunds may be issued at my discretion based on how close the cancellation is to the wedding date and whether the date can be rebooked.

Postponement: If you need to reschedule your wedding, I’m happy to transfer your booking to a new date (subject to availability). Your payments will be applied to the new date, and no additional fee will be charged for one reschedule. If multiple reschedules are requested or your new date is unavailable, additional terms may apply.

I’ve been a professional wedding photographer for over 5 years, but my love for photography began long before that—as a child, always chasing light and capturing moments with whatever camera I could get my hands on. What started as a childhood curiosity has grown into a deep passion for telling love stories through timeless, emotive images.

Rain or shine, your day will be beautiful—and I’ll be prepared for anything! I always scout backup locations, carry weather-resistant gear, and work with natural light in creative ways to ensure we still capture stunning images. If the weather affects any outdoor plans, I’ll help pivot quickly and make the most of whatever setting we have.

For couples open to it, I also love embracing the weather—some of the most magical photos happen in the rain, fog, or dramatic skies!

My goal is to capture you authentically and beautifully, just as you are. I do light retouching—like removing temporary blemishes or distractions in the background—but I don’t alter body shapes or features.

I believe in preserving the real, natural beauty of your day and the people in it. If there’s something specific you’re concerned about, I’m always happy to chat about it and work with flattering angles, lighting, and posing during our session.

This guide is designed to help you feel confident and excited as we create images that truly reflect your story.

Travel within 50 miles of Seattle is included in all packages. For weddings or sessions outside this range, a travel fee may apply to cover mileage, lodging (if overnight stay is required), and other related expenses.

I’ll always be transparent about any travel costs up front, and we’ll discuss and agree on them before booking—no surprises later!

Military Discount:
As a thank you for your service, I’m proud to offer a 10% discount on all wedding and engagement packages for active-duty military members and veterans.

Please mention your military status when inquiring or booking, and I’ll apply the discount to your final invoice with appreciation and gratitude.

Engagement sessions are delivered within 4–6 weeks.
Weddings are delivered within 8–12 weeks, depending on the season and schedule.
